Thank you very much for providing the Virtual TDG training. I have taken this course 6 times during my career and your course ranks at the top for organization of material with clear and concise definitions. Your explanations of A1/A2 and Package Types were excellent as were the examples. Staff left with a good overall understanding of the regulations and will be able to apply them in our everyday work.

I found the course to be very helpful and the stories you shared about radiation really helped to bring the concept home about the importance of making yourself aware of radiation sources around you. I really enjoyed the course content and see that it is very applicable to many industry's. I came back to my employer and thanked him for placing me in the course because the information was so interesting and cool to learn about. I would and have recommended this course to others.
The coffee selection was bang on and the fact that you offered snacks after lunch really helped. The catering was fantastic, lots of selection and the veggie tray was nice. I think your whole classroom, lunch room, and coffee stations have been well thought out and provide a great learning experience.
Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for your assistance with the Secoal removal yesterday. This had an added dimension as the CNSC decided to inspect us (Tuesday) as well as you (Wednesday). Britton did a super job representing you, very knowledgeable and the inspector checked his paperwork, came to our tailboard watched us do two removals and said she had seen enough to know everyone was on top of things.
Incidentally, we got a clean sheet too (for the second inspection in a row) and I put that down to your training of me and your training work with our staff here.
Thank you very much for helping us out with RP Instruments calibrations at such a short notice. And also for the loan of alpha/beta contamination meter. We really appreciate your help in order for RP at Candu to continue with our work during these difficult times.

I must commend your company on the service provided to us with our flood source purchase. The ordering and then most importantly the return process was seamless. You kept in contact with me and provided a tracking # that was much appreciated. The return of our old source was so much smoother than usual. I usually end up having issues with FedEx and the documentation for USA return. It is frustrating dealing with a company’s head office, when my time should be spent elsewhere.
Overall, I was happy with the experience. In the past, my experience has been frustrating on many levels in dealing with FedEx. I appreciate that your quote was prompt, the ordering process prompt, Tracking # provided and seamless return of the old source. Thanks and will definitely suggest SH & A for future purchases.
